My new obsession is learning through crafts! It started in winter when I found an activity on Pinterest that combined arts & crafts with math. You can see the pin here. Here are our versions:

For our plant unit we made flowers by solving math problems:
Our latest “mathtivity”….yup! I made that word up. LOL!
We have been learning about insects and spring, so we HAD to do a lady bug mathtivity!
Everyone got a math problem that was at their skills level.
I love that these “mathtivities” also make cute decorations for out classroom. Give them a try!!
